EPC's

Well prepared reports protect landlords and tenants alike

because they provide accurate descriptions of the condition and content of a property at the start of a tenancy.

Our high quality reports include digital photographs at no extra cost and all standard reports are produced within two business days of the visit to the property.

Since October 2008 it has been required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (commonly called an 'EPC') whenever your property is rented out. This is part of European legislation to tackle climate change and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The report grades buildings from A (most energy efficient) to G (least energy efficient) and suggests possible improvements that can be made to improve the building's energy rating. We can undertake EPC's on both residential and commercial properties across the Greater London area.
