Property Inventories works with any individual or firm which has a stake in residential property – typically this would be an estate agent, a private landlord, a developer or freeholder, or sometimes a tenant. We realise that each property is unique and represents a significant investment for our client. All of our clerks treat each property as if it was their own and are courteous, polite and efficient in their dealings with our clients.
Our business lends itself to working with large developers on new-build blocks of flats. If required we can send a team of clerks to undertake Inventory and Check-in reports on whole buildings over a number of days. As time goes on we can undertake Mid-term reports and Check-out reports on the same flats. Our PI-Tab system works very efficiently as a property moves through the life cycle of a tenancy, producing clear and comprehensive reports at each stage of the process. All reports are stored electronically in our PI-Tab system and are readily accessible by our clients using their own log-in details.
We work with a variety of estate and letting agents across London and the surrounding areas. These can be single offices, agents with several offices or some of the larger London-wide and national chains. We have been working with many of these firms since our establishment in 2007. We are very happy to take single bookings from private landlords who have one investment property, through to landlords with larger portfolios of buildings.
