Check-in reports serve as an update to an Inventory report, which we have previously completed.  The check-in report essentially links the Inventory report (which can be conducted at any time) to the start of a specific tenancy.  We revisit the property and update the Inventory report accordingly.

The Check-in report provides clarity and continuity of the condition of your property across tenancies, proving extremely useful during tenancy swaps.
