A training programme is undertaken when new staff join the company – depending on previous experience, this could be several weeks long and be a combination of desk-based learning and on-the-job visits to properties. Refresher training is undertaken regularly thereafter.
Regular staff appraisals are undertaken. These are quarterly for the first year to check how you are settling into Property Inventories. Thereafter they are on an annual basis, with annual salary reviews. If issues arise between appraisals, staff are actively encouraged to discuss these with their manager.
