What we offer

A training programme is undertaken when new staff join the company – depending on previous experience, this could be several weeks long and be a combination of desk-based learning and on-the-job visits to properties.   Refresher training is undertaken regularly thereafter.

Regular staff appraisals are undertaken. These are quarterly for the first year to check how you are settling into Property Inventories. Thereafter they are on an annual basis, with annual salary reviews. If issues arise between appraisals, staff are actively encouraged to discuss these with their manager.

Work environment

The firm is a meritocracy with the most capable individuals quickly being identified and rewarded with progression through the firm.

Besides being a great place to work, our remuneration packages are also very competitive and can include the following depending on the position being applied for:

  • Competitive salary

  • Pension contribution

  • Escalating holiday allowance based on years of service

  • Other benefits based on seniority

The office is sociable with an active ‘social committee’ organising monthly events ranging from dinners, cinema and bowling evenings to the annual Christmas party.
